How do I contact you, do you have a local point of contact?

Please contact one of the persons on the Contact page and your enquiry will be directed to the appropriate Delcam-Crispin personnel.

Can I have a demo licence?

Yes. Typically we would initially arrange a 30 day demo licence but any suitable period can be arranged.

Are the demo licences renewable and how long can I have a demo licence?

Yes. Demo licences are renewable, we normally issue a demo licence for 30 days. However, longer trial licences can be arranged, it depends on the circumstances.

What after sales support services do you offer?

We offer Local, Regional, and Global technical support via telephone, fax, and email along with software updates as and when they become available.

Will I get the necessary support and training on a personal basis or do I have to work by the help pages?

Yes. Our Help pages are comprehensive and intuitive, however if you feel you would benefit from some personnel training, this can be arranged.

Do I buy my own hardware or can you supply it also?

We normally recommend that all hardware is purchased locally, to benefit from the supplier warranty. However, there are some instances where Delcam-Crispin can supply hardware at the customers request.

Can I just buy a basic level first (Silver) and then later upgrade to Gold?

Yes. Our CAD Suite software is modular based and can be upgraded at any time on payment of the difference in cost.

How many systems do you currently have operating around the world?

Over 1,000 users in 45 countries.

Could I pass on the licence to my sub contractor (manufacturing facility in another country) in the future?

No. The licence is issued to you, the customer, with a software licence agreement and can only be transferred to another party by prior consultation with Delcam-Crispin.

Can I get a more detailed demo of the products here locally?

Yes. This may be possible, we have a have a number of demonstration facilities worldwide at which we can offer demonstrations to suit your individual requirements.

If I would like some minor changes to your product to suit my work, will you implement it FOC?

This depends on the desired change and the amount of work involved. Delcam-Crispin welcomes all suggestions that would improve our products for our customers, these suggestions would be collated for future product releases. If a new idea can be incorporated into the normal development process for all users to benefit then it's not likely that there would be a charge.

Will the CAD Suite software interface with my present software from Crispin Dynamics?

Yes. CAD Suite software offers a wide range of interfaces and outputs to other Delcam-Crispin software and competing CAD/CAM products.
Of course all our new programs can also read data from older versions and export 'down' to older versions too, if necessary.

Will CAD Suite be moving to new operating systems as they are developed?

Yes. Delcam-Crispin being a leader in CAD/CAM solutions for the footwear industry will continue to develop its products using the latest PC operating systems available.
